The Eastern City and the Australian City were sister vessels built by Fairfield Shipbuilding and Engineering Company in 1964/5.
Gross tonnage: 17,042. Deadweight: 31,130
This vessel was converted to a car carrier in Norway in 1970 and renamed Chiyoda.

1965 Eastern City. Delivered to Sir Wm Reardon Smith & Sons Ltd.
1970 Chiyoda. Name changed as on time charter.
1975 Sold to an Italian company.
1984 President Aguinaldo
1986 Lucky Twenty Six (Phillipines Flag)
1986 Scrapped in China
