1937 Cornish City. Delivered to Leeds Shipping Co.
1943 Torpedoed and sunk in 27.20S:52.10E on 29th. July 1943 by U-177, whilst on passage from Lourenco Marques and Durban with a cargo of coal for Aden and Suez. Of a compliment of 43, 37 lives were lost, including the Master. See full Official report in the Memories Pages.
