John Cullen

I wish to let the people of Reardon Smith Forum know about the passing away of my Dad, John Cullen. I know he's posted on this forum over the last few years but we don't know log on details. I'm hoping you would be able to post in the obituaries to let everyone know.
John served his last years at sea with Reardon Smith. He was Chief Engineer. There are pictures of him on the Amparo (page 4).
He had a 16 month battle starting with a rare form of cancer and sadly passed away peacefully on the 6th February 2018. He had received excellent care along the way at Christies, Clatterbridge and Arrowe Park hospitals.
The funeral is to be held at 3.20pm Tuesday 20th February 2018 at Thornton Crematorium, Merseyside followed by a gathering at Netherton British Legion Club.
On behalf of the family and myself, thank you. Dave Cullen. Posted on the forum 17 February 2018.
