I was on the Gela in 1973, Ollie Lindsay was the 'old man', not sure if you were the Mate then or not, I was the only deck cadet on board and living in the pilots cabin next to the old man. We had to call in Halifax on the way back from Mexico as one of the cylinder liners got a hole in it and the engineers couldn't get the old liner out.
