Tom Lester
Cadet and 3/O from 1970 to 76. Decided to look at tankers where I remained during the dire years of the 80's. Had a good career with Esso Petrol at sea as C/O and shore assignments.
Took employment with Milford Haven Port Authority in 1995, served in a few marine positions until last year when I retired as Deputy Harbour Master.
