Frank Rowell

Our deepest sympathy is extended to Mrs Rowell on the passing of Mr Frank Rowell (retired Chief Engineer) on 25th November 1978. Mr Rowell joined the company on 2nd April 1925. and was first appointed Chief Engineer on the mv Devon City in 1937. He retired 1st April 1964.
